Welcome to Checkers. By accessing or playing our game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone in our community.

1. Account Registration

To participate in leaderboards and save your progress, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, including your email address.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Fair Play & Community Rules

We are committed to maintaining a fun, fair, and competitive environment. By playing Checkers on our platform, you agree to adhere to the following rules:

No Cheating or Exploit Use

The use of third-party software, bots, AI assistants, or exploiting game bugs to gain an unfair advantage over other players is strictly prohibited.

Respectful Behavior

If our platform features chat or username displays, you agree not to use offensive, harmful, or inappropriate language. We want players of all ages to feel welcome.

3. Trademark Protection

By using any of our services, you have agreed to the following rules for our trademarks and the protection of our code:

No Copying Our Trademarked Name or Logos.

Copying logos, names, or other detailes of our brand can result in termination from our servcies and requests to edit or remove the usage from other sites. These logos include, but are not limited to the checkers logo, chess logo, Go Fish! logo. The names include but are not limited to Checkers Labs.

No copying code or frontend of our services

By copying our code for personal use, we may terminate your saved data and account from our servcies to prevent from other duplications. We do not allow anyone to copy the code or specific features/designs of our sites. If a site is copied, we reserve the right to prevent the usage of the copied version.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms of Service. If your account is terminated for cheating or inappropriate behavior, you will lose access to your saved progress and leaderboard rankings.
